The Partnership – the Interfaith Peace Chapel
Peace Pilot is a collaboration between Peace Pilot artist Trayc Claybrook and the Interfaith Peace Chapel in Dallas, TX. A modern masterpiece, designed by acclaimed architect Philip Johnson, the Interfaith Peace Chapel ‘s mission is to create a world at peace through interfaith dialogue and cooperation.
The Interfaith Peace Chapel makes a bold statement to the world about the value of sacred space committed to peace and interfaith cooperation. The IPC welcomes worshiping congregations of faith, seekers of peace who claim no faith, and stands as a symbol of the common goal. The chapel is a visible proclamation to the world that we must all be committed to peace.
The Interfaith Peace Chapel is world-renowned architect Philip Johnson’s last building. Johnson died less than three months after completing the chapel’s design sketches at the age of ninety-nine. The chapel is over 8000 square feet in size, 46 feet tall at its highest point and over 106 feet long. It stands as a monument to the cause of peace for all who believe in it, seek it, and work for it.
